Ratings and reviews

The app is horrible. It is so slow to bring in data and then redraws the screen when you click on something and thinks you clicked on something else. Often just sits there and then says it is unable to process the request. Many times it shows you met the requirements but doesn't give the $ credits when data comes from your smart watch so you have to reenter the same data in the app.

This app is horribly designed. It's nearly impossible to find the page where you enter a new bank account. When you finally do find it, the app does not allow you to change banks. When you enter the information for your new bank, it tells you that you entered it incorrectly, and to check the highlighted fields... BUT NO FIELDS ARE HIGHLIGHTED. The Virtual Assistant, Lisa, has NEVER actually answered a question I have asked her. I wish my employer would quit using Alight.

Somebody please fix login. The app never remembers which organization you select so every time you have to go search for your employer. Login credentials never save either, every app open requires logging in. Going to settings and enabling biometrics shows a prompt, completes, and then watch the switch set itself to the off position. This is incredibly frustrating and worse than just using the website in almost every single way
