Ads have broken the ability to watch videos. Amazon charges you for Prime and then tells you to pay even more money to remove ads. When you don't, they place so many ads, it ruins the viewing experience. When you leave and come back, your video progress isn't saved properly. So, to get back where you were, as you try to slide to get where you were, guess what? Ads again! Need to slide more because it still isn't actually where you left off? More ads! I am considering canceling Prime altogether.

Yes, it plays content, but it is glitchy. My "continue watching" is constantly on the wrong episode. When you save a tv series to your stuff, and you watch past the first season, the series page won't change. It is constantly stuck on the first season, and the other seasons have to be manually chosen. Also, it often loses your spot in a show and thanks to the ads skipping around to find your place causes a boatload of ads to play.

On a great many videos, the lighting is too dark in comparison to other apps such as Netflix, paramount plus & a few others. Also, fitting the tv screen isn't as good quality as certain others such as Netflix, paramount plus ect. I, personally would like to see more westerns added as well as more 'positive' inspiring videos also. Not as many movies/shows revolving around personal benefit/profit. The Whole World needs more movies/shows of personal sacrifice & inspiration.
