Great experience but yet again for an American card called AMEX to not have English as a language is ridiculous in our modern age. I will raise the stars when English is available.

impossible to connect since the last update. customer service not helping. really thinking to cancel my platinum membership. amex is not anymore what it used to stand for

If they had an annual spend running total, based on anniversary years, so you could see how much you've spent on the card, so one could see how close they are to milestone spends for the bonuses, that would've been perfect.
