From now on you can order the new Deutschlandticket (D-Ticket) via our website. The ticket costs 58 Euro per month and is available as a personal season ticket without transferability. With the Deutschlandticket you can use all public transport, including regional transport throughout Germany.

How to get started

To use all the services and functions, you only need to take a few steps: You register, enter a payment method and your mobile phone number, and you can book and pay for any service. Do you already have a BVG account? Great, you can use Jelbi with this account!

Pay conveniently in the app

You can choose between credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal to pay for your trips. Of course, you pay the regular prices in the app. There are no additional hidden fees for using our service.

Ratings and reviews

Stops working when I need it the most. "Something unexpected happened" is not an error that user can deal with. Also, payments are very slow and they're forced to be done on the spot which causes lots of issues with the driver. Any reason to not have a pre-purchased set of tickets (short trip)? P.S. Contacted support on the same day, no response so far (9 days passed)

Bad app. There is no single ticket for adult. The app offers a single ticket but if you don't check info inside the app you never know that the single ticket is just for children. The staff inside the train S, very rude guy, asked me in German why I had used a child ticket. He took my passport and threatened me to call the police if I didn't pay the fine as I tried to explain that was a mistake and I could pay for the correct ticket. I had to pay a fine of €60. Awful experience.

The app doesn't work when it has to. After purchasing and activating the ticket, if there's a slight delay in internet, the app doesn't open at all. If it does, it asks for login. When there's a ticket control, If it doesn't open, you end up paying fines and I paid 7€ fine thrice even after proving that I had a valid ticket. This is a catastrophe. The app should work all the time.
