service is down, but the error blames the Internet connection. Edit: this app forced the use of my biometric data, when i needed to re-install it works, but when I need a specific service, requires me to drop by the bank, even after providing my password, phone number, id scan, pin number, and fácial recognition, still wants to verify my identity. f. this data milking app and this bank.

Downloaded the app for the purpose of applying for a loan, entered all my information and that was it could not get any further it kept saying "algo salió mal". I don't understand what the problem is I know my info by heart not to mention the fact that I scanned my ID. If I was able to just walk into the store closest to me I wouldn't have download this app. It is very frustrating not being able to get anything done. For me, this was a waste of time. Uninstalling! 😤.
