Ratings and reviews

Poor app for a good product (PS3 Pro Desktop Charger) App hangs often. Settings will reset. Tried to set the Do Not Disturb timer - discovered that while my location and app are set to EU. the app time seems to stuck im Chinese time, so I had to Google the conversion - why? why ask for location sharing if it doesn't update your time zone?

Many updates later and you're still not fixing the problem everyone is facing, it's been yeas baseus, we want the Spatial Acoustics settings to STAY, it sucks to go back and open the app EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CONNECT THE EARBUDS, if the ANC settings can stay, why can't the spatial setting stay too.

yeah now the ccp knows my location. and its funny they have "USA, JAPAN other" and the 2nd option other than mainland china lol. but the apps easy to use and does make the headphones sound better when customized...i also like the option of turning on and off noise canceling, i hope my social credit score goes up with this review.
