还没有真正选择日期住宿的时候，里面说的内容条件可以超过10天免费取消定购，但是当你定购住宿完了，钱也过了，突然家里发生一点问题，想取消行程，没有想象到比我还快不可以取消行程，感觉有一点欺骗性。

体验太糟糕了，想要找客服真的不容易，只能就订单一步步点进去才能找到，而且问的问题超过24小时也没有回复。酒店降价了，我申请保价，却并没有给我退钱，只给我退成积分了，这也就算了，但因此搞得我paypay用不了，明明一开始下单的时候是支持paypay的。 更新:抱怨之后支付方式似乎出现了paypay，下次再试试确认一下。但是联系客服申请保价感觉就是个笑话，要很久才有回复，而且有时候超过24小时了都没回复。虽然他们写着24小时内回复。 再次更新:我为他们的效率感到悲哀。或许作为员工是不错的公司，可以很好的摸鱼，适合养老。但是作为用户，体验很糟糕，你的邮件并不会被及时回复，他们似乎只会24小时内回复一次，或者超过24小时回复一次。其余的时间不知道在干什么。

体验极度差，下单时系统会询问预计入住时间，我🈶注明大约11点，我以为可以提早入住，今天询问却说要3点才能入住，可是订单是注明2点入住的。别的客人12点多就开始check in, 我从11点多到下午2点问了好几次客服都说不能check in，我等到2点多打给客服，客服已经很不耐烦，态度不好的说可以入住了。客服说客房很满，我却发现还有很多空房。这种服务态度，我恭喜老板生意好
