Inconvenient. It wants me to tap my card or get a text message every single time I try to use the app. Maybe it's because I'm using a VPN, but there's still no reason for these extra layers just to check my balances or recent transactions. Apps should be convenient and you shouldn't require these extra security layers for every little thing. There's no harm in showing the current balances and recent transactions by just using the biometric login. Plus it's always spamming "deals" and "offers."

Definitely a good card to have. I've been with them over 8+ years. Most of the time they have been there when they were needed "most". The app is user friendly. There's "no" rewards for those rebuilding their credit like an increase in credit limit. Even after years 8+ years of on time, more than minimum payments. Your lucky to have them they're not lucky to have you.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Capital One. After working hard to pay off my entire balance through their app, I was shocked to see my credit score drop by nearly 90 points. Even though I thought I had paid everything off, they added a $17 interest charge afterward, which I didn’t expect or notice immediately.
