I love the Chase app, and I really appreciate having the ability to pay just the monthly scheduled payment amount or choosing the amount that I want to pay that month or just paying my balance in full if I want to as well. As a senior on a set income, the Chase app makes my shopping experience so much easier with three grandchildren to shop for during holidays.

I've used lots of banks, Chase is one that you don't get so much hassle. They treat their customers with integrity, and respect. They don't bloat your account with interest and fees just because they can, they apply refunds back to your account. Also offer options and financial resources to help you resolve a balance. Some other financial institutions may use banking tactics to charge you money. But at Chase, they're courteous and helpful. I hope they never change.

best app. some banks give you your balance pre-deduction. they try to trick you into over-drafting so they can charge you more. Not Chase. Chase tells you where you're really at at all times. Chase also gives you SO many financial options right on the app. I'll never use another bank. I've been through a few banks, so I know. if you don't have Chase it's inevitably because your English sucks or you enjoy being screwed around.
