This platform is a joke. Please don't waste your time trying. Took me over 1 year to get a booking on here. The first booking, I had to pay out of pocket to wash the linen. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $15 I spent but only got $10. Was also told that they would extend the time which is supposed to be more pay but didn't get that either. I thought maybe that was just a weird experience, I decided to give them another try. I had my 2nd booking on January 13 and still haven't been paid

cant seem to get any support ive sent 3 emails and all I get back is an automated message saying they have received my email and someone will get back with me. ive also only had 1 person request me to do a job but my phone nor the ap sent me a notification of that job offer . im on several other job apps and none of them operate this way. i also paid for a background check but have not received a copy of it and I always get a copy if one from other apps

Don't waste your time. They have their favorites so everyone else never works. I've had this app for over 2 years and have only worked 8 times. Now even when you do work they hold your money for no reason. They take way too much too. They need to be put out of business
