"The ConnectEBT app is the fast, secure and easy way to monitor your EBT available balance, deposits, transaction activity, and select or change your PIN. The app currently supports Alabama, Arkansas, American Samoa, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia EBT. We are excited to bring support for additional state programs in the near future.

This is a great app! Makes it really easy to manage our ebt card. I haven't had any issues with the app but it does have good security features. There's a required password change every couple of months, options for locking/unlocking your card, you'll be auto logged out after a minute or two of doing nothing while the app is open. You can also use biometric login if you choose to. It shows your balance as soon as you login & you can see all your transactions.

the app regularly does not remember your username and when you use either function for forgot username/password it says it has emailed you. No email was sent after 10 minutes. I still have an email from when I set up this app so I know I am in the correct account, I checked every folder including junk. Tried twice and there's nothing that can be done aside from just deal with it. no customer service report, no resend email option. so secure nobody can get your info - not even you

I think its a pretty good app. I've never had a problem with it. There is one thing that I personally think could make it just a little bit better - when you give a choice of when to lock it after use, an option of: automatically 5 minutes after use. There are a lot of shady people hanging around and if someone's card is still unlocked..... But then, if you have to swipe it again because it didn't go through, then you want it to still be available to use without having to log back in.
