Works well, but took a support call to get it installed. I use it to schedule a higher temp during the afternoon when power is less expensive so it doesn't run in the evening when power costs twice as much -- this works though there was a little fussing with the times to get them entered. My only requests: the app should show the actual water temperature, and the history should show the kWh used by the resistance elements (if they are used) differentiated from the kWh used by the heat pump.

When registering, at the *Customize" screen, the app shows "invalid phone number" for any phone number you enter, forcing you to skip this step. I was able to easily connect to my WiFi network. I like that you can easily set an "Away" and a "Home" mode to conserve energy. The "Usage Reports" tab shows no data.

app can't even do the simplest of operations, like following a user set schedule for temperature settings. Wow!!! Contacted eco net tech support numerous times only to listen to the same old rhetoric "software engineers are working on the issue". it's been months at this point to correct the app deficiencies. They appear to be in capable or don't care enough to fix the problem. I will never buy another product with an eco net control system. I will be attempting to return this hot water heater
