Went to my mobile app to check on my accounts and was surprised that things were different. Now, I have NO access to transfer money between my accounts thru the mobile app or thru online banking. My frustration level is beyond high. I'm going to have to figure out how to squeeze it into my day to go in-person to the bank to get access to my own money. The TRANFER button on both sites does absolutely nothing on my phone. Hopefully this issue is resolved quickly 😫 😕

Unprofessional Professor
Every time I go to log in, and I do mean literally every time, I end up with an "invalid credentials" message for my password that I'd have reset less than 24 hours prior. I've even written it down, just to be certain. Once in, it's not too bad. However, it's not worth changing my password every single time I log in. Things are more convenient when I just log in from the website.

Does what it's supposed to do. Big improvement on the old style. Login can be a little finicky, but it seems to be getting better with updates. Only thing I would just do away with is that it identifies your account by how much is in there, as opposed to the last four #s of the account. And it's in really big numbers, so whenever you're doing anything that requires switching between accounts or depositing a check, the amount of money you have is on display for everyone around you to easily see.
