The MyH2O app is a mobile and easy way to monitor your water usage and it is now at your fingertips!

Fort Worth water customers can now access data that shows and helps monitor their water usage. With a hassle-free login, customers can securely access their billing information and pay their monthly water bill.
Through the multiple functions, the MyH2O app allows customers to update their account information, profile, and other settings, including setting up their personal information and payment details.
Notification preferences is also available. Users can view and edit their utility notifications via text or emails regarding billing, services, requests, usage, etc.

At every login customers have access to tips on saving money and water! The detection of continuous water flow, in case of a possible leak, or accessing data reflecting previous day’s water usage in hourly increments are functions that help you reduce your utility bill.
Stay in touch with Fort Worth Water via the MyH2O. The app is another way in which users can connect with the utility, ask questions, report an outage or request services.

Ratings and reviews

I was never able to login to the new MyH20 account following the instructions in the original email sent. Even after calling customer service they were not able to get me to successfully sign in. I come from using the old account and for some reason it doesn't work. Hope they can fix all these issues after a few weeks and I'll try it again in a few months.

App Registration Failure ! Your myH20 app is not accepting my email address because it does not recognize two hyphens in it. Please fix this issue. Thanks !

It's impossible to log in. Fix it please.
