Ratings and reviews

This is the worst airline app I have ever used. I purchased the discounted flight yearly membership and I am unable to book flights through the website and the app. Or, the only flights available are an overnight stop in another city in which I would have to pay for a hotel, just to sleep. Thumbs down. Do not recommend.

I cannot get my app to check me in!!! After your most recent update, the app stopped working properly. I ended up going to the website to put in my confirmation code. This app sucks. The hits keep on giving. Now the app won't hold my account information so Frontier won't award me miles I rightfully earned, even after several attempts at writing and contacting them.

This is the only airline agency where I was not able to get checked into my flight because of 4 minutes - the counter closed at exactly 8:40 pm and due to 4 mins I was not able to attend my flight. I can't even redeem the credit through their website or app after trying to book again, let alone receive a refund straight into my account and was also charged the cancellation fee of $99.00.
