GoTyme has been my "go-to" debit card when I pay for my transactions (food,clothing,coffee,grocery purchases etc.). Gotyme has virtually replaced my other debit cards when I make purchases. It also has features that other banks don't have (5 Go Save accounts,Time Deposit). Their app's fast and its graphics and icons are also nice.Highly recommended!

The customer service was USELESS. I tried to deposit my check to gotyme and it didn't proceed because of their 'technical issue', I've been complaining for almost 2 weeks and yet, nothing happened. They just told me to always wait 2-5 banking days and almost 2 weeks still nothing. always issuing a ticket but when you ask them to check my transactions about it, they will say that the ticket from the first agent was already closed, but my concern was ongoing. they just make you wait for nothing.

GoTyme really helped me solve my problem, I need a place to store my money safely, and you give me that. Fast, simple, and secure. Unlike the "G" app I use, the money I store in saving is safe, cashing out my money cause no extra payments. Also the 3.5% interest rate is good for me. Please keep your service solving my problem, and don't change for the worst of us consumer of your app.
