Map location is very off. Pickup location on driver's app not the same as indicated pickup address. Driver goes to the wrong pickup point based on the app map. Shared location also doesn't work. Driver still go to the wrong pickup location. It is about 50 to 100 metres off Cannot find any related article on the help as you mentioned in the reply. So cannot report issue

Ensure you've permitted the location access to the Gojek app and you're using the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, please report this by going to the Help page > type "Problem with the route from/to my pick-up/drop-off point" in the search bar > pick the article and complete the form. Finally Uninstalled it and never looked back. Buggy. Grab app can handle multiple services (food, car, delivery) and still launches instantaneously. Tada fantastic too. GoJek has only ONE job to do, and that it failed miserably š¤¦š»āāļø. Logs me out for no reason. Says I'm offline. At other times it says "we encountered an error". Thanks Captain Obvious.

Displaying a suggested ride on the main app screen without the ability to remove this feature is super annoying. As a new user, I thought it was the journey I'd just taken, realised it wasn't, and backed off immediately, not even realising the journey had been accepted. (From a usability perspective, I don't remember confirming the journey, and I don't remember confirming the cancellation either.) I was still charged the $4 fee. I'll be going with a competitor.
