the app is okay but, I have a suggestion..can you add "Report a map issue" or "Road closure." that is user friendly like the display is very easy to put "sign/symbol" so that other drivers will be notified if there is a road closure or event in the area... so if the drivers can't pass through they can avoid that location and find another alternative location ..

some wrong with the app this few days. auto accept job logo pop up again after pressing on it. no job card appear after accepting job. app keep hang when press pick up only drop off. Airport q system wait 3 hour even when 1st on q. keep say no GPS when car is park on the car park, don't have confidence that the app is working well n the q system is fair

1. Pls show island wide traffic condition and not only the destination route given by grab. 2. Payment page can go back to the previous old system. The new page too many steps is difficult to key in the amount. 3. Accuracy of the riders GPS so they will not pin point wrong pick up location. 4. Recently apps keep hang. 5. 08 Dec the apps doesn't auto add in ERP for just grab job. After job closed unable to get help reimburse the lost. Help center also can't get help. 6. AI is not useful at all.
