This is a 3rd World App. You can't even delete an old contact. They keep bombing your screen with distracting corporate useless ads. They only show causian people in their ads by the way. It's Mexico!

it crash a lot and quite often the app is off. I haven't been able to use the app in 2 days, so I can't access the website as well because I need the token from the app

The official process for opening a new bank account has been extremely slow. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my account to be activated. The bank repeatedly asks me to visit in person to resubmit documents, instead of collecting everything at once. This inefficient and time-consuming approach raises concerns about the quality of service I can expect in the future when maintaining the account.
