this app was once convenient! but now it's just a disaster for me! I couldn't log in my account right in or register my account to another device fast because I need to wait for further notice because it constantly states my account is under review! it has never happened before! I can't use the app well! I did everything, restarted my phone, updating the app, checking my internet connection- NOTHING!I will probably change my review on this if the app will go back as it used to.

It's so hard to reach out to customer service. When you email them, you don't even get a response. Their app isn't reliable either—I’ve made several transactions, but there are constant errors. My account balance gets deducted, but the recipient doesn’t receive the money. Errors keep popping up. I won’t risk using this app anymore. It’s been three days, and no one has replied to my email, nor has my money been refunded.

The new updates have bugs. After I log in with my credentials, the app requires me to update my information at civil status. After I update the information, it keeps looping back to start and asks me to update my information again. I can't use my account to transact.
