Ratings and reviews

It's so hard to reach out to customer service. When you email them, you don't even get a response. Their app isn't reliable either—I’ve made several transactions, but there are constant errors. My account balance gets deducted, but the recipient doesn’t receive the money. Errors keep popping up. I won’t risk using this app anymore. It’s been three days, and no one has replied to my email, nor has my money been refunded.

very inconvenient. the personnel i spoke to doesn't understand the word "or" and the "and" or how to use them in a sentence. they only reach out once. and let you suffer the inconvenience. if you cant answer the call. they wont call you again. they also send email once. and wont reach out again.

Reliable app. Their backend seem to be solid enough. Haven't experienced any issue when using ScanQR feature. I suggest a bit of improvements on their UI though. Make it a bit more nicer looking and at the same time more responsive. UI is not that buggy, just a bit less intuitive if you compare it to other e-wallets.
