I thought I could place an order while on the way to the store, like McDonald's app. With this app you can order a cake and have it delivered to your home, but I couldn't see any way to order and pay for a frappe and then go in to get it. I guess It makes sense since ice cream might melt if made in advance of your appearance. This app also lets you track reward points.

Need to reset my password, but get an error message every time I've attempted. Tried a few months ago, as well as yesterday when the app updated.

Great ice cream, great coffee, great pastries, great staff, great app. I'm no physicist or anything, but pretty sure 5 greats = 5 stars. That's just basic math.
