I'm planning an upcoming trip and JetBlue has great prices. Unfortunately, I can't create an account. When I try online, I get an error message about an internal error. I tried downloading the app and creating an account that way. On the app, I get a "cannot process your request at this time" message. No point in keeping the app if it's as disfunctional as the website so... #deleted. Guess I'll stick with Delta.

i love the airline, but the app is getting worse. I have to cancel flights because time changes, but they are still in my trip section. it's really confusing when looking up in especially when I have to rebook on the same day. the only way I know which is my real flight time is when I click the trip I get an error message. this needs to be fixed.

App is very glitchy. It frequently freezes, goes back to the beginning, or has an error message. It is also very difficult to find/see the info for the second leg of each flight. If you click on the flight number, it only shows info for the first leg... even if you click on the second leg. The app also doesn't send alerts for bags. We had a bag lost and didn't know. It's easily the least user-friendly flying app I've ever used. I will definitely not be using this airline again in the future.
