I would give 5 stars except the feature to deposit checks via the app no longer works for me. It crashes every time I try to take a picture of the check. Sometimes I can take a picture of the front of the check successfully but it can never take the back picture without crashing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it makes no difference.

ETA: After I logged in on my laptop I was able to log in through the app as well. whether or not my VPN was the problem I can't say. But I am signed in this morning with my VPN engaged, so... all's well that ends well. Thank you for the assist. Original: It's been a good app, but it suddenly just started freezing on the opening page with the name and the logo. It won't go any further - It will not load. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it. It's still frozen and won't open for me.

App doesn't open 90% of the time requiring a re-install to get access. I've reverted to using the website in many cases. When it works, it's great. I have nothing weird setup: I'm not using a VPN, I have 2 Gigabit internet speeds, clearing cache doesn't fix it, restarting the phone occasionally does, I'm on a Galaxy S24 plus. App just sits and loads indefinitely. Probably the 8th time I've reinstalled this year.
