1.This app has faults! It needs a way to cancel a ticket purchase! I don't ride the Regional Bus BUT I accidentally tapped Regional instead of Primary. Could NOT cancel it! Went to Costumer Service Downtown. I asked if I could get a Credit or Refund, she said "It's not our fault!" and "We don't do Refunds!" , kept hearing this over and over again! Looks like MTA is MORE than HAPPY to take your money BUT they don't want to give it back! 2.Got an unknown 50 cent charge!

I always vote for MTA millages. Now they got rid of transfer passes unless you download their app and give them all your personal info. Always going after us working folks and those already squeezed dry. I love my city, but this is fowl as it gets!

I like not having to fumble with change but beware if your wifi glitches you are doomed. drop your phone while shopping, it will be long walk back.
