Ratings and reviews

Was just OK, now unusable after latest update. Even when it was working it was very glitchy and the biometric login worked less than half the time. I went to log in today To pay my bill. Once logged in a message comes up with a hard stop that you have to update the app to proceed and it takes you to play store. But there is no option to update only to open and when you hit open it takes you back to the same message. Then it is an endless loop. I uninstalled and started fresh same problem!!

Lags and fails to submit payments. It shows its confirmed but nothing actually seems to be processing. I finally got an email confirmation after it failed two times to submit. I am going to give it a day then see if the payments actually goes through to prevent getting any late fees. I love my Mazda by the way. Hopefully they sort out the bugs on the app.

Zero stars. Updated the billing account and preferred payment option. Made my monthly payment that was followed with a confirmation email stating it was received. Never heard anything after stating an issue with payment. I went into the app to check and make sure it was updated to find out that way it wasnt paid. your app pulled from the old account I replaced and you guys sent nothing to say it wasn't paid. Dreadful app and worse they take no responsibility for their system screwing up.
