MoMUp is the Brand of Mobility App, the company transport in the province of Treviso. I tried to register with the app. First it said my phone is not correct. All other fields correct. I selected the country code from the dropdown list and keyed in the number. I tried 2 times. Still same error. Invalid number. I tried for the 3rd and 4th time with the reply now being that number already used. I requested password change on only email I use and reply was that email is not registered. I will try again tomorrow maybe it will be resolved. Not at all a friendly app to register!

Not able to purchase any tickets since I am not receiving the PIN required for registration to my phone number. I tried many times with multiple Canadian phone numbers and a Serbian one. I emailed the contact email provided in the automated registration email, but received no response. I haven't used much of the rest of the app, but it seems decent.

This app does not work at all for tourists. The validation code never arrives, you can not register and you can not buy a ticket online or from the app. The interesting thing is that the price of the ticket bought from the driver is more than double... maybe it's made on purpose this way.
