MyChart is an ok repository for medical records, but it's not great for setting appointments or for communication with doctors. There are different confusing ways to contact the practice and half the time they don't seem to get my messages. For appointments I've found in most cases it's a lot easier to just call by phone. There is a lot of functionality here, but in terms of usability, the site and the app are not intuitive. They need to hire some better user experience design professionals.

Thank you for the review. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

A little busy with all the icons, widgets, menus, links, and buttons all crammed around the information you're trying to look at, and sort of challenging to find things like physician reports or letters. Additionally, when refilling prescriptions the estimated copay can be incorrect because it just goes off of what your paid the last time you refilled it. Otherwise it's nice.

The worst app ever. I would give zero stars if it were possible. Most providers/organizations don't ever respond to chats. The app doesnt work at all unless you have perfect, full bar connection or wifi connection. Is not easy to manage, doesn't work properly. 11/10 would not recommend. you'd be better off doing paper billing and information via snail mail, or just showing up to a facility and speaking to them in person.
