I don't understand how this app has 4.5 stars. It is terrible, it restarts, updates, unlogs me, it takes forever to get to the info I need. I can never check my balance when needed because I have to re-log or update every time I use it. I've had to change my password so many times because of those issues. It's a disaster! The least you can do is to remove the need to log in every time there is an update - like every other decent app does!

It's unreliable - it often logs me out, which makes it really hard to check the available amount in the account. That being said for an application/company that handles transactions, It's unthinkable that on the withdrawal notification on your phone, you'd get only the amount deducted, rather than also have the amount left in the account. That poses a problem, as I said in the beginning, because the app is highly unreliable. I've also not been impressed by the customer service.

Awful. This app is trying so hard to be more than it needs to be. I only want to see the amount I have and this is made extra difficult - updates, re-login, enter code from email, enter code from sms... then contactless payment doesn't work. I guess that's normal when 99% of users are forced to have this app rather than choose it.
