They app is garbage! So I'm guessing so is the company if they can't even make an app that works! I am not looking forward to dealing with them! You can't even set up your account with being kicked out several times over and over again!

This app (and this company) are a completely useless pile of garbage. My mortgage was sold to an REIT who apparently uses this company to service their loans, and it has been an unmitigated disaster. It isn't possible to do anything useful via the app or the website, and their customer service via telephone is useless as well. They have lost track of payments, insurance information, etc. I plan to refinance my mortgage just so I don't have to deal with this company (or this app) any more.

for some reason, my very easy login to the app has disappeared. After my biometric login I'm being prompted to select phn or sms for security code... I have Not been able to get past the security code page. Can not select submit at the bottom bc the page won't move up. I called in about it and completely wasted my time.
