Functions

Using your Network access permissions, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• View connection information and see available Wi-Fi connections to enable the app to connect to the Wi-Fi network;
• Detect the network state, read the device status, detect running apps, view app history and identity to implement network preference.

Using your Photo/Media/Files and Storage permissions, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Enable you to view a PDF of your bill
• Test access to protected storage for the purpose of facilitating user data retrieval and use of content for registered devices to facilitate technical assistance should network access be denied and to increase the application productivity.

Using the Prevent Device from Sleeping permission, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Enable push notifications used during Support Chats

Using your device’s fingerprint scanner, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Link your fingerprint profile to your account via the app for authentication purposes

Using the payment extension request, the MyRogers (Shaw) app will:
• Send you an email confirmation

Semi-functional, it has been a very long time since I have been able to check my voice mail without the app crashing. It also never loads first try. I have to open it, then close it, then reopen it, and on second try it loads. Update, will not open. Non functioning. Switches between Browser login and App. Will not progress.

App has always been bad but at least useable before. I always had to load it, close it down, then reload it before for it to even open my account. Now it's even worse because it opens a stupid out of app login screen every time and no longer remembers your login info. I assume that this is some kind of excuse for extra security, except the login page doesn't even work. I have to manually open it in a different browser, or else it just resets.

Can't even log in to check for an outage. Sends an MFA code, but you have to swap apps to get the code from your inbox. When I switch back to the app, it decides to refresh. I see another review saying the same from 3 months ago. Can't use PC since internet is down, so I can't chrck anything. Looking at the overall reviews it looks like this app useless since it seems like most users have no luck with getting proper functionality from it...
