Awful. Let me use my local ip for modem/router settings again. This app is unresponsive, I wait about a minute every time I attempt switch menus if it loads at all, which requires a restart. Speaking of which, what makes it worse is I had to restart the app and sign in four times just to get past the login screen. It does not save device when the box is checked. Even getting to this review page was a nightmare.

I've been a spectrum customer for well over 10 years, when they were still Tme Warner Cable. I have recieved home phone service, internet, as well as cable. Now I also recieve cell phone service. I've always been pleased with the service I've recieved from them. The website and app are great and make things easy. But the last update and maintenance work they did to the website and app have made things not only slower but have changed how you're able to view certain things.....

The spectrum service itself I have zero discrepancy with. The internet runs very smoothly, and the cellular service runs smooth as well. I've had the cell service for a month no issues with service itself. However, the process of ordering my phones through the phone line at first was seemingly easy. I then ran into many issues, lack of communication with customer support. It just seemed liked a draining process. But overall am happy. with their service.
