Stc is one of the worsted company. I order 2 sim with one year contract they gave me 1 sim on time , n the other sim they did not gave me , it's been a week , Wednesday I called stc n said , I did not get my second sim , the said they will give it by 2mrw (thursday) Thursday I called they says it close today , call on Saturday, today when I called they says, we cancelled the sim ,when we asked for proof of our cancellation, they did not gave any proof n they were not even taking our complaint

Two weeks waiting to get esim without any response from service. I talked to them many times and still they didn't solve the issue

Agreeing with everyone else's review. App does not work. Stays on the the first page and does not allow you to move, zoom out or do anything at all. The only thing you can do is click on the terms and agreement link. This is really bad. Considering they just switched to this company from Viva!
