Save yourself the NIGHTMARE!!! I've never had to go through re- set ups for a long time until I thought this is a convenience app. One mistake of turning off access lost all them involved and no way to reconnect provided. I wish I'd never touched this app. Now all those locations I have to go to and access just to set up connections again. I've been a Netgear guy and hence all my clients I've set up before. But my next gear won't be. Very unprofessional, disruptive, and costly for customers.

Complicated and unintuitive to use. A brief flicker in power supply or a temporary drop in my ISP's connection can result in needing to re-set-up the router and all of my network settings. I work in a technical role in IT and I'm used to working through complicated system/software configurations and this is a very poorly put together hardware/software package that requires too much manual intervention, too often.

my first review was in 2020 but now I'm updating my review. it always used to work good but for some reason it's acting up. it doesn't let me log in. and when I do it says can't connect to my router. it tells me to check my router status. but it's fine. I was watching Hulu and my daughter was playing Xbox. the router was fine. but the app didn't want to connect. when I was finally able to connect to it, I tried to connect to the extender I have linked to it. it doesn't want to connect to that.
