Pretty inconvenient and can never go to my proof of insurance. I can get into my account once in a blue moon. No matter how much I save my password, it won't take it. often have to reset passwords unless i wanna get locked out of my account. Stop being predatory and making your customer base prone to late payments and other inconveniences because we can't log in.

My previous review got deleted so I'll say it again. Terrible app. Unresponsive after logging in. Can't even make payments from it. I'm pretty sure they've intentionally rigged it like this so people will be late on payments. Very underhanded. The app is completely unusable. To top it off even the main website is "coincidentally" having issues too. This is the green light I needed and I will be changing insurance providers.

Had it it worked great! So I went green. Now, I don't know what you guys did but it SUCKS!! I can't log in or make a payment now. When I got to log in it kicks me off right before it opens, it uninstalled and reinstalled, iv updated still the same. Terrible, terrible. I'm uninstalling. At least I can pay on the web site I guess. Though I'd rather have the app.
