At first, this service wasn't too bad. However, I just spent 24 minutes trying to change a flight when it would have taken me 24 seconds to do it if I had booked directly with the airline. The AI customer service is terrible. Ended up having to call in. I'm so far not seeing a benefit to this service other than complicated trips can show up in one itinerary page. It gets especially complicated when it mixes travel options with other third party services, so you have to watch the fine print...

Almost Rational
Promising, but ultimately useless. Tried booking just a hotel, and the app created a "payment schedule" that didn't add up to the total price shown below it. I tried using their chat system to ask about this, but it frequently caused the app to crash. Used a computer instead, then got half the conversation echoed back to the 'phone and offers to book the hotel for me, but in the wrong currency. Gave up and booked direct. (At considerably lower cost, I should add!)

Change of brand has led to a buggy app. The app frequently crashes on the opening animation (which was never an issue under the trip actions branding) and have other bugs in the interface (eg downloading receipts also causes crashes...pretty important on a corporate travel app). I feel pretty much forced to use the desktop app and my calendar events.
