I have been a V1 user for many years now. I decided to upgrade to the V3 because of the speed and the new features. Well, it may be a bit quicker than a V1, but it was unable to complete a full backup and when I tried the gauges, they worked for just 2 minutes. After 3 weeks I got a reply from support saying that my car is incompatible. That is simply not true - this was a fob off. I have improved the problem, but the fix would not have been helped by a video as requested by support.

I'm about 50/50 on it. it's definitely awesome with what you can customize with 1 click, but after that it's not doing too much. I've got the propack and of course the deals came out right after I purchased the Pro when I could've waited 1 week and got the ultimate for half the price I paid online. Good luck trying understand the payout and how it works. no video shows it period. obd eleven doesn't even offer any. unless you know coding then don't bother.

absolutely shocking. I bought this device and tried plugging in and took absolutely ages to connect and sometimes it just wouldn't. when I emailed them to ask if I need WiFi of data connection they said no, just bluetooth. But when it comes to reading live data you need a good Internet connection otherwise it doesn't work. that's fine but I was told just bluetooth, I when I try to email them all I get is AI responding. So my review is buy elsewhere with a product that cares about there customer
