• Transfer funds between your OnPoint accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Set travel notifications for your OnPoint debit or credit cards.
• Freeze your OnPoint credit card (for peace of mind or if lost or misplaced).
• Deposit checks without the need to visit a branch or ATM.
• View cleared check images and mobile deposit check images.
• Customize account names, preferences, and alerts.
• Search transactions to quickly and easily find a specific transaction without endless scrolling.
• View eStatements.
Additionally, business members can:
• Add entitled users and set and control their access rights and limits.
• Generate ACH payments, such as payroll. (ACH Agreement required prior to using ACH payment services.)

Ever since I got the "improved app" it has done nothing but crash, not let me log in, not let me text to check balances/transfers ect... To me it is nothing but a horrible situation to a bad issue, every time I have asked for a solution or help at a branch, I have gotten insufficient help or none at all. So to me I have to go online either on my mobile phone, or on my computer now to do everything. wish I could give negative stars..... Had absolutely no issues with the old app until this one..

Update from below: it appears that my account information was missing after the upgrade. Customer service was able to fix the problem and the app is working now. Original: Since the 09/2019 upgrade (Android), mobile deposits don't work. "Remote capture adapter" doesn't work. The is the most important mobile feature IMO because the web application does everything else better.

(from a real person with a real life) this app works fine and does what it needs to do. The load times are not bad, it takes a good 15 seconds and the interface is about a intermediate level. The interface and how to navigate it could be a little difficult for someone who doesn't not know what some of the terms are and not technology minded. overall I'll give this a solid 4.5.
