Very poor service experience when I gave my phone for repairs. App says diagnosis takes only a few hours, but service center guys were not working on first come first serve basis. They were diagnosing and repairing phones only for people who were there, pushing them to treat their request on priority. When I called the helpline, they suggested that I should go to the service center for updates (read: work will be done on your phone only when you're at the service center).

Diagnostics didn't find the simple issue with my phone. The proximity detector (when the phone reaches the ear) doesn't work so the phone stays on when on calls. This diag app passed the sensor as working without issues. Plus the start a warranty claim option didn't work and errored out. This app is worthless and a waste of time. Just skip it and save some grief. Uhg! I called support and they made some change to my account but it still did not fix the problem. I stand by this low review.

Give me a refund. This service is terrible. Bought the plan oct18 and still haven't been able to register. UPDATE/RESPONSE. : I think from OCT 18 to know is plenty of time to fix the issue. UPDATE:. I received an email about this and yes I noticed that however that does not erase the trouble and difficulty that I had for over 2 weeks and Servify nor OnePlus did anything to make this right. I will only add 1 more star.
