Awful user experience, couldn't use at all. In Florida and Virginia, tried to use several times. Couldn't create account (email with login code never received). Couldn't find parking zone by number (search always returned an error), tried using web app, and also text message (which actually sends a URL link to the web app), ALL of it was unusable. Someone else who happened to have a working account on their phone had to pay for the parking.

Not impressed. Verification emails take at least 30m to arrive. Tried to reserve parking near a venue and nothing would come up in the app, so I had to reserve through Google Chrome bc parking showed up there. Then I could never find the parking garage I reserved – in-app navigation just froze – so I had to pay for parking twice. Now I'm here and I see parking everywhere in the app - where was that when I searched earlier? Can't figure out how to cancel/end the parking I never found, either.

DO NOT PARK HERE IF THEY USE THIS APP! The app will look like everything is going through with payment and everything. But then it won't. When you try to look up it will say "there was an error loading the information". If you try to pay for parking again it will say you can't because you're already parked there leading you to believe that everything went thorough. But it didn't, age when you come out, you will find not a parking ticket, toy will find that for car has been towed.
