Great app if you want tickets! Went to add more time, and the app was down. I walked back to the garage within 10 minutes of it going out to refill my time at the garage's machine, but I already had a ticket. My city didn't care that the app was down despite proof. Had I known the app wouldn't have been functioning, I would have dealt with my car before I got ticketed, but I assumed I would be able to add time as needed throughout the day. Don't make my mistake and think this app will work!

App just stopped working all of the sudden today and won't restart after 1) closing the app and then 2) rebooting phone. I have the most updated version, which I made sure of before paying earlier today. I hope I didn't get a ticket. I was relying on the app. Can't get to my car right now. Follow-up: Uninstall then reinstall worked. Wish I thought of that earlier. Just put more time on the meter. If I got a ticket when app was down, will ParkMobile pay?

I received an error mwssage when I used this app, so I went to the pay machine in the lot and paid. Later, I noticed the app still charged me despite the error message, so I double paid. When I contacted PayMobile, they refused to refund my money even though it was an app error that caused the issue. To get rid of me, they said they would look into it and contact me in 24-48 hours. They didn't. Be careful using this app. They don't care about customer service.
