Keeps logging me out, OTKA is terrible because I keep verifying its me with the required 12+ character password as well as having to switch to otka to double verify. Having to do this 6 times a week on top of having to unlock the app every 5 minutes it's idle is absolutely a time killer. It stops me dead in my tracks when I need the app to scan something. I don't like wasting time at work over "a more secure way" to protect our data. Tired of having to type the longest password I've ever had in.

Recent updates require me to open a browser tab to login through pnet, okta verify, then do my swipe password or face recognition anytime I close the app. Given how many times I have to use the app in a day (a lot) you can imagine how inconvenient this is. The app was 4-5 stars before this new 3 step login process. Before, I only had to swipe or face recognition. I'd like to see this reverted.

As soon as you open it "Retry" x10. You're greeted with an error message. Always says network error no matter the network. Also signs out way too often. Doing msr or SB is terrible. No one on CFT ever wants the phones because it takes more time to sign in than do the work.
