The app can be glitchy, the wait time can be inaccurate while also adding extended wait time not to mention the wait time can be up to an hour or more, once had a driver who went in different directions barely followed the main path.

The have a lot a very rude drivers in the Dove area. Especially on weekends that really bring down a great system.

Pickup, is an excellent Cap Metro program. I'm a 70 year old senior citizen without this program I could not make it to the grocery store. Thank you!
