Been using this app for a few weeks now, I have binge eating disorder, this app reminds me when to eat & log my meals, I can set reminders to do breathing exercises or short guided meditations, I can plan out meals in advance. It's so useful to see how your eating patterns change, if there is a pattern of certain times of the day/ night, if its certain days, certain feelings or emotions. Theres so many useful tips & coping skills to help you on your recovery journey I would definitely recommend

Generally, I like the facility to log what I've eaten without having to specify weights and quantities. It helps me to stay mindful of what I'm eating without becoming obsessive. Since I last used the app, they've added cute animal gifs as well as the inspirational quotes when you log a meal, which give you a little lift. It is a bit clunky to use and there are lots of features I probably won't do much with but overall it's a good, positive way of taking control of your recovery.

I love this app because it gives you small rewards for small recovery focussed steps you make. It's fun and easy to use and helps boost motivation to stay on track. The inspirational quotes and pictures are uplifting and the choice to plan meals, log intake, thoughts and feelings fits in really well with the skills i have already learnt.it reminds me that recovery is possible, it's not about being perfect and most of all, I'm not alone. :)
