Llevo usándola varios años. Creo que es la mejor aplicación bancaria que existe, en mi experiencia, y no manejo pocas precisamente. Nunca he tenido un solo problema y se toman en serio la seguridad. Mi funciones preferidas son poder hacer transferencias que llegan al instante de manera gratuita a cualquier cuenta bancaria y el poder recargar saldo desde tarjetas con mucha libertad. Y todo esto gratis. Sin comisiones. Mil gracias, seguid así por favor.

Excelente, muy buen servicio. Con sus más y sus menos. Lo importante, para mí y supongo que para cualquier usuario de un servicio, es que el mismo sepa resolver las incidencias de la mejor manera posible, con la mayor efectividad y en el menor tiempo posible. Incluso, siendo un usuario inexperto, es una app muy intuitiva y sencilla de usar para el día a día. A veces, igual cuesta adaptarse! Nos pasa a TODXS!

Hace tiempo que tengo la App, funcionaba super bien pero de un tiempo a esta parte cada vez que la abro se cierra sola. Sé de más personas de mi alrededor a quien le pasa, por lo que no es un problema del móvil 🤷🏻‍♀️ ojalá lo solucionen pronto, ya que es realmente incómodo.
