Sharky's I love you, but this is the most user-unfriendly app for a restaurant I have ever used. Some items had multiple quantity fields that had different complaints about values. I found one menu list I wasn't interested in but there was no obvious way back, so then I found out the back button on my phone takes you completely out of the order and I had to start my order all over again. It took me 15 minutes to finish a simple order. I should have just gone into the restaurant and ordered at the counter.

The whole situation is confusing. I went to the pop-up - ordering is kind of strange. The burrito photo shows chips and salsa, but in the pop-up, chips cost more. Similarly, there are 2 salsa options, mild and hot. Where are the others, like pico de gallo? It wasn't included on the side so I assumed it was inside the burrito, but my favorite way to eat it is saucing it as I go. And I didn't see any salsa inside. The food is still good, but it's expensive, and there are too many new add-ons.

App is useless. Gives me an error when trying to order through the app which is the whole point of the app! I can't even log into the app with the same account with my wife's phone since it says my email, her email, my card number, etc all don't exist. How am I logged in on my phone then?!? Who am I? Online ordering seems like something critical for a restaurant to have in these times. Would be good to make it work.
