works less than half the time. otherwise, things won't load, it won't process that I'm "on the way". when it's working it's pretty good, 4/5. it's not a whole foods app lemme tell you update 9/1/25 thank you for fixing the "I'm on my way"! I have used 3 times in past few weeks and has worked each time. Definitely improves the functionality of the app. now 4/5

I've pretty much stopped shopping at Albertsons because the app is so slow and buggy. When it works, each item searched takes forever to load, but more than half the time, the app won't load at all - just a white screen forever. It takes me about 3 times as long to do my shopping on this app than the other grocery app I have whose store is right across the street, so I've pretty much switched entirely.

I hate being forced to use this ( or any) app.... Why Albertsons feels that requiring me to sign onto their app, and then to find the way to the rewards page is a better experience then simply asking the cashier to check if I have a dollar or two in rewards available is beyond me. There is nothing better for me in this new iteration of the program, just more steps to complete. I'd call this a "Fail". Please bring back the ability of the cashier's to check for us.
