Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. I've come to edit my review. Now I could see the information of my balance, points, and my data usage even though I updated the App, restarted my phone and cleared the cache. Then, your connection now is too slow, in and out. There are times that almost 12-hours we couldn't use the service without notifying us if you're on maintenance or what. And you never compensate us! No customer service in the App to raise & fix our concern.

I'm always getting the "preparing" message that ends up in an error prompt. Then when I click one of my accounts, I just get a screen with blank boxes. It is really annoying not to be able to check balances. The my PLDT smart app is better. That app is not devoid of errors but better......Update: I had to email the address and it still doesnt work after all the tasks they made me do.

Hi, Super. In that case, ensure that the GigaLife App version is up to date. Turn off and on the device to refresh. ​Uninstall and Reinstall the App as needed. Clearing the app's cache can also help. Garbage app. Randomly decided my main credit card is expired, which it's NOT (not by a few years!) And also won't let me make any transactions with any other cards. "Acquire Decline", even though all my cards have more than sufficient balance to cover the attempted transaction. And when it does work, it says there's an error and that it failed... only to discover upon refreshing the app that the first transaction actually DID work, and now I'm subscribed to two promos. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP.
