Worst delivery company I have onboarded so far... They are deducting money more than their commission and no one is ready to help and no customer service number on apps. Every week ₹88.5/- rupees overcharged from my payout for ads which I have never opted for and no cancellation available and point of contact is also not helping. To avoid wastage of 5000/- wastage per annum I have made offline on swiggy. Even then no one is interested to contact my why I am online.

It is wrost app for your restaurant. Compare to Zomato they don't resolve your issues. They have disabled my restaurant. But I am doing great with Zomato. Wanted to do it with swiggy but their customers care is so unresponsive. Wrost swiggy.

Very irritating service of this platform. They have deducted 590rs from my payout section stating onboarding fees but onboarding fees was already paid in the 1st week of restaurant live. When i raised ticket in the app it has been 5 days got no response till yet. I would've attach the proof hereif i could. I think their intention is to not return the money. Very shameful for a company at a stage snatching hard earned money from restaurants.
