Ratings and reviews

Notifications to device keeps stopping working. They show in the app history as being sent, but they are not sent to the device. This keeps happening randomly. I turn off and on the notifications permissions and eventually it works again. But it's annoying and it doesn't make sense. Update: same thing happening with the doorbell call feature, it's not calling my phone unless the app is open.

After using this for a year, I have just two complaints. If you ever have to reinstall the app, it **does not automatically restore your account setup**. For ex when my app froze and I had to delete and reinstall it, none of my cameras reconnected. I had to manually add every single one back in. Extremely frustrating, esp while away from home. The cameras themselves are excellent,but the app can be a bit inconvenient. Would be great if it was compatible with tablet

I don't recommend it if you are actually using it for security. The notifications I get are delayed sometimes as much as 3-5 minutes or more. So, for security, it's maybe too little, too late. I tried all the suggested so-called fixes, updates, etc, and nothing changed. If a person stands there long enough it catches up and then shows real time, but, again, that wouldn't help if it were a security matter. All my other equipment working through the WiFi; seems to work fine.
